What to expect as an early adopter

Early access isn't a marketing gimmick—it's a co-development partnership. We'll work alongside your existing systems, collaborate on feature design, and iterate quickly based on weekly advisory sessions. You continue using your current PMS while helping us build Roomly for launch.

Monthly 45-minute product advisory session with key operators.

Participation in feature co-design and workflow validation sessions.

Sharing anonymised performance metrics (e.g. ADR, conversion, labour hours) to measure impact.

Program timeline

We're onboarding partners in small waves to ensure dedicated support. Each cohort runs a structured 90-day pilot before scaling to additional properties.

Week 1: Alignment workshop, success metrics, and co-development plan.
Weeks 2-4: Feature collaboration, advisory sessions, and baseline data collection.
Weeks 5-12: Advanced co-development with weekly check-ins and roadmap reviews.
Week 12: Outcome review, partner offer, and joint announcement planning.

Support cadence: Dedicated CSM, shared Slack channel, and on-demand product sessions.
